Salt Pig Gift
After working in independent retail, Finch & Crane founder Leisel decided to create her own range of functional ceramics. Designing a small, considered range to begin with, each of her pieces is then handcrafted in small batches using a mould method before being hand glazed by a traditional ceramics producer in Stoke-on-Trent, the heart of UK pottery.
These small salt pigs are made from an elegant off-white clay and are designed to fit about half a box of Maldon salt. The opening sits on a gentle pivot, making it easy to get your hand into when cooking.
Great for the home chef and also a unique house-warming gift, anniversary gift, or for anyone who enjoys cooking and unique homewares pieces. These can also be filled with garlic, chillies and even plants - whatever takes your fancy.
Each gift set includes either:
One small ceramic salt pig (Approx. Circumference 40cm x Height 11.5cm x Width 11cm) and one 120g box of Blackthorn Sea Salt
One large ceramic salt pig (Approx. Circumference 45cm x Height 15cm x Width 15cm) and one 240g box of Blackthorn Sea Salt
