Collection, Delivery & Returns
Collection: Our greenest delivery option — Your goods can be collected during opening hours from our Hackney shop or Islington shop. We aim to have orders ready to collect within 24 hours, and we will inform you via confirmation email when it has been prepared (for orders placed on weekends please allow 48 hours). Please collect your order within 30 working days.
Delivery: We also offer a standard UK delivery service. Delivery costs are based on weight.
Orders under 2kg - Hermes / Royal Mail 2-3 working days £5
Orders over 2kg - Parcelforce 48 Hour £7.95
Orders over 15kg - Parcelforce Next day £15

European shipping - We offer a flat rate shipping fee for orders to European countries. We do not cover customs or import charges - these are the responsibility of the customer.
European orders - 2-5 working days £28
If you would like to make a purchase with shipping to a country outside of Europe please contact us to arrange this.
Online Returns: If something isn’t quite right, please contact us for a return or exchange within 2 weeks of receiving your order, and we will be in touch to arrange the rest. orders@pophamshome.com
In Store Returns: All purchases made in store are exchange only within 2 weeks. Please bring to the store with your receipt for an exchange or credit note.
For any damaged or faulty items we ask that you contact us within four weeks of receiving your order.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS: All online purchases made from November 15th can be returned for a refund or exchanged up until January 15th. In store purchases made from November 15th can be exchanged in store up until January 15th. Please note, all returned goods must be unused and in the condition they were sold in.
LAST DATES FOR CHRISTMAS SHIPPING: The last date for guaranteed Christmas shipping is midday 19th December. We will continue shipping orders up until the 22nd December.
