Based in Bristol, Irish ceramicist Rebecca creates functional, contemporary tableware with careful attention to texture, glaze and finish. Her work combines considered and elegant forms with rustic warmth and charm.
This wide handled mug is made from a basalt fleck clay with a toasty orange matte glaze which highlight the natural speckle and pigmentation in the clay. The sides have been hand carved to produce a fluted texture and appearance all the way around.
