Shipping policy

UK Delivery

We aim to send all parcels within 24 hours of placing your order. On weekends your order will be dispatched the next working day. All UK parcels are sent on a tracked Royal Mail service.

£5 - Standard Shipping | 2-3 working days

£15 - Large orders (over 5KG) | 2-3 working days

£8.95 - Next Day Shipping | 1 working day (order before midday)

Occasionally we may have to transfer stock from another shop for your order. In this case we will notify you of any delays.

Collection

Our greenest option - choose to collect your order from either our London Fields or Islington shop. We will aim to have orders ready within 24 hours and you will receive a confirmation email when this is ready to pick up from your chosen store.

*Please collect your order within 30 working days.

European Delivery

We offer a flat rate of £28 for European delivery which is available at checkout. International orders are send via either Royal Mail or UPS and take approximately 5-11 days delivery. We do not cover customs and these plus any local charges are the customers responsibility. We pack all orders as carefully as possible but cannot be responsible for any breakages made in transit when shipping abroad.

International delivery

If you live outside of Europe and would like to place an order, email us at orders@pophamshome.com with your chosen items and delivery address and we'll provide you with a delivery quote. 

Gift Registry Shipping

If you purchase from one of our gift registries all items and personal notes will be sent to the recipient in one delivery after the date of the wedding or event.
