Based in Glasgow, Claire Henry is a potter specialising in small-batch production of functional tableware. Her work draws inspiration from the rugged beauty of Scottish landscapes and is shaped by the intersection of craft with visually appealing objects influenced by culinary traditions, everyday habits, and personal rituals.
Each tumbler is unique, featuring a hand-painted, softly faded cattail pattern in ochre. Small iron speckles are embedded in the clay, adding delicate warm rusty accents to every piece.
