It works particularly well on strainers, graters, root vegetables, and cast-iron cookware, helping preserve seasoning without the need for detergent. Made from the same palm fiber traditionally used in Japanese Kamenoko tawashi brushes.

• Rinse thoroughly after use, drain well, and dry in sunlight.
