Japanese ceramicist and architect Sayaka Namba is based in London and originally from the coastal town of Miyazaki. Since 2006, she’s been exploring clay alongside her work in architecture. Her pieces reflect Japanese minimalism, natural textures, and a deep interest in how objects create calm, intimate connections within everyday spaces.
These lovely little dishes have deep sides with a hand carved detail around the rim. Made from a dark brown clay with a rich forest green glaze. Perfect for trinkets and jewellery or simply as an ornament.
