Milk solids 19% minimum.

Chocolate praline Oyster Pearl with caramel ganache: sugar, cocoa mass, caramel (sugar, water, dextrose), butter (MILK), HAZELNUTS, cocoa butter, glazing agent, shellac, gum arabic, glucose syrup, whole MILK powder, natural colouring powder (spirulina and apple concentrate), emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, starches, fleur de sel, natural vanilla flavouring, colouring : E172. Dark Chocolate contains Cocoa solids 52% minimum.
