    Black Bean Chilli Oil: Fermented black beans alongside hot chilli peppers. Its umami taste palette makes it a moreish choice for any meal. Try it as a dipping, marinating or cooking sauce for endless versatility in the kitchen.

    Crispy Shallot Chilli Oil: Fresh and dried red chilli, lemongrass and fresh and crispy shallots give the oil a flavourful finish.

    Chilli Sambal: Mama Yu’s Sambal sauce combines chilli peppers, shrimp paste and aromatics to provide the perfect spicy-sweet finish. Its versatile and fragrant taste will ensure it’s a staple in any kitchen. Serve over fragrant rice or noodles.

    Original Chilli OIl: This Malaysian OG Chilli Oil was the first flavour the duo created together and remains a fan favourite. The use of fresh and dried red chillies alongside lemongrass and lime add to the oils unique and complex flavour. It is a versatile choice for drizzling, marinating and dipping.

    About the Maker

    Made in London by mother and daughter Xien and Jolene, who combine their Malaysian and Chinese heritage and family recipes to create delicious chili condiments.

    Collection: Our greenest option - choose to collect your order from either our London Fields or Islington shop. We aim to have orders ready to collect by midday the next working day and you will receive a confirmation email when it is ready to pick up. Please collect your order within 30 working days.
