This unique salt is made using Scottish West Coast Seawater filtered is through a sustainable Thorn Tower method. Slowly grown and harvested by hand, the large crystals have a wonderful mineral flavour which elevates any dish.

Collection: Our greenest option - choose to collect your order from either our London Fields or Islington shop.
