Founded by chef Ben Lippett and designer Jamie Kaye, Dr. Sting's Hot Honey was inspired by a love of the hot honey Ben discovered in Brooklyn, New York. Made with just 100% blossom honey, organic chillies, and high-quality apple cider vinegar, it's free from chilli extracts, added sugar, stabilisers, and thickeners. Every bottle is brewed in small batches and filtered, filled, and sealed by hand for a proper sting in every drop.

Collection: Our greenest option - choose to collect your order from either our London Fields or Islington shop. We aim to have orders ready to collect by midday the next working day and you will receive a confirmation email when it is ready to pick up. Please collect your order within 30 working days.
