Made from a light clay which has been left unglazed on the outside and finished with a pearl white glaze inside to allow the natural speckle of the minerals in the clay to come through. The edge and certain areas have been lightly toasted to a richer brown in the kiln to create wonderful texture across the outer surface. A great size for noodles and other saucy dishes.
