House Seasonal Spritz

Created by our restaurant manager, Lia, this Spritz is something we serve in our Hackney pasta restaurant, changing throughout the seasons. A fruity, refreshing cocktail which can easily be customised depending on the time of year.

How to make our seasonal spritz:
In a cocktail glass mix 50ml of Limoncello and 20ml of Syrup (we’re currently using a rhubarb syrup whilst it’s in season but you can switch for anything fruity), with the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Add ice, then top up with prosecco and add a twist of lemon peel to garnish.
